Resolved: Company will not cancel my subscription!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Discontinued future service.
Answer questions by customers and a phone number to speak to a live person! Company seems to think they can charge your card willing, without consequences.

Verified ReviewerBurned my pits and crotch. I have red welts on my underarms.
I tried Lume and wrote to them. They sent me a little prewritten blurb on how to use it.
I kept trying the product and as soon as it got hot, my armpits developed red welts. My crotch burned from the start.
I honestly think Lume needs to be researched more. Bad product!

I just received my last order on the 13th of Sept. I was just charged for another order despite one not coming until November.

I've used Lume for a few years now and never had this issue. The product has a lot of oil oozing out and the deodorant is thick and clumping.

Please cancel my automatic ordering. I have become homeless and can no longer continue this.
I love the product but have no way to receive it any longer.
Please do not continue charging my credit card. I have had to cancel that as well.

My Daughter have a massive rash in her armpits
I think the essence of deodorant needs to change or make alterations as it can make reactions to the sensitive skin. Or maybe its an issue with the Ph.
But my daughter ended up being in the hospital and prescribed steroids. Through all this weve received a poor customer service a message to go Target and all we can be provided is a product refund.
Be careful if you have a young daughter with sensitive skin trying this kind of products. Its questionable who is behind if it is a Women Dermatologist who cant even provide any evidence to support their customers
