Have not received product, nor gotten any money back. Haven't heard anything from them.
Would like to either get my product I ordered or get my money back. There is no number for me to contact them. I don't know how to contact them online. I'm done.
Why does this have to be 100 symbols long? I don't understand.
I sated my complaint. That should be good enough.

Theres nowhere we could call you guys. This is unbelievable really really unbelievable.
OK I already sent you the pictures. I already sent you the order number OK and this keeps on going on with these spray tops OK the ones that you sent me that *** again are three bottles that you sent me from the last time come on please you know do something about the straight pot. I dont want you to Send me or give me a refund.
I want the three bottles again 646725****BALINDA 1126@***.com please send me a prepaid label so that way I can send it back to you. Dont send it to me through the email because I do not have a printer if you want those spray bottles back and you dont believe me.
Can’t cancel subscription
I have been reaching out for a year to cancel my subscription and no in returns my calls no one cancels the subscription and there is no contact number!!! My bank wont cancel the payments and I never receive the products!!!

Call cant be completed even though it was direct through your customer service site. I bought 8 cans the first four are impossible to get spray out.
The. First 2 original ones I bought several months ago worked fine.
None of these four are working. I hate to open the next 4 to be further disappointed

Faulty spray cans
My spray cans did not work The product turned to foam and emptied the cans.
I contacted Lume a while back, I never got a response.

I did not receive my order. It was billed to my credit card on 11-10-2025. My phone was broken, so I couldn't get the email.

Stop my perscription
Can't afford it. I don't feel that it lasts as long as she hypes it to be.
Too expensive and I have never used the extra items that come with the order. It's easier to go to a store and buy 1 deodorant, save money.
Should I continue to say, I don't want any more Lume, so please stop the order? I just received one last week and I want it to be the last.

Spray can doesn’t spray
To do better—actually answer the phone—and with a live customer service representative. Don't just have a recorded voice that cuts off, then the line goes silent.
I requested a callback and left my name and number, but don't know if that was actually recorded.
Very frustrating! Very poor way to have customer service since there doesn't appear to have been any actual service.
- Spray bottles are defective does not spray
- No telephone contact with live customer support
Preferred solution: Someone to tell me how to make can spray. Replacement with a can that works (soft powder). A call back from a live representative. Can’t find receipt so I don’t know cost - purchased from Walmart online as I am disabled and housebound.

Spray bottle stopped working half way thru using it. I am not supplying my credit card just to talk to customer service
I called but I'm not supplying a credit card just to get a phone call from lume I purchased the product from meijers in birch run And I'll just not buy the spray again
When I called they wanted credit card to talk to someone
Im not doing that
Ill just use the other stick type
And Ill write a bad review for the whole body spray.

Faulty sprayer on the whole body spray
I've purchased Lume at CVS and Walmart. Each time, the sprayer on the whole body dep stopped working.
In the first purchase, it stopped working the second day. The second purchase stopped working halfway.
My sister had the same experience. My Pamela.
