Ok so I was hesitant to spend $40 on deodorant in the first place but I pulled the trigger and even subscribed to their auto replenishment program. This was 2 days ago.
Since then my credit card has been charged, theyre sent several selling emails but NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL.The website wont let me login I have no record of my purchase except for my credit card statement and they dont answer the phone. Pissed off customer right here!
User's recommendation: Be aware- Lume has ZERO customer service. No idea about their products but so far I am EXTREMELY frustrated and if I ever receive my FOURTY DOLLARS worth of deodorant, I’ll be canceling whatever auto replenishment option I opted in for. SO FRUSTRATING!

all the claims that Lumi makes regarding their product is false!! I have used Schmidt deodorant and many other aluminum free deodorant that work way better than this product. I will never buy this product again, absolute false advertising most of my friends in the Yoga community feel the same way!!!

Cant reach a live body, I emailed last week to cancel my subscription ( that I didnt even know I had) I have tried calling and then today I received three more sticks of LUME deodorant. I now have four unopened boxes with three sticks in each and four new in the bath not including the one my wife and I are using. I guess Im going to have to call PayPal and tell them not to process any more orders.

I didn't receive an email confirmation 3 days after placing my order. I spoke with a representative that informed me my email was incorrect in the system.
Once that was fixed, I received the confirmation and delivery date. That was on February 13.
Today is the 18th and I have been tracking my package almost a week now and it says delivery next day. I would like to receive the product or receive a refund.

The sprayer is defective on both cans. I would like to know what the problem is and would like to return the product.
I purchased it from Amazon, and they will not accept a return for health reasons.
Please advise. Regardless of where the item was purchased, it should meet proper standards, and this product does not.

Poor service dishonest
Told Representative when I went to check out it immediately took payment off my card from previous order I charged my mind so I was not going to purchase their product. They do not tell you it takes forever for you to receive it. The service is extremely poor.

Verified ReviewerMade a purchase at Walmart of a deodorant costing basically $15. It says that it’s 72 hour odor control however it didn’t make it through the first 24 hours!
So far, I have had to leave a message. There is no customer service support team to assist with issues such as mine, and considering how expensive deodorant is, you should be able to talk with a live agent to resolve any issues concerning the product. They need to add a customer service support team that is able to assist the customer whenever someone has an issue and needs to call, as I have had to do with no resolution as of yet.

- Toaster coconut deodorant did not work 72 hours or 24 hours

Texting time
Online is useless. Customer service was texting.
I was happy with how quick they responded. I wish they would let you speak with a representative.
Problem with lume spray
I purchased $86. Worth of Lume products.
With that purchase I thought I would try the spray. But after maybe 5 to 6 uses, the spray stopped working. I cant figure out what would have happened.
I like Lume products but not happy about this issue. I purchased 2 cans of it so anticipating the same problem with the second one.
