Lume

I just purchased two bottles of spray deodorant and I cannot get the spray to work. It looks like its sealed somehow but no matter what I do.

I cant break the seal.

I cant get it to work. I cant push the button down porch to spray Ive had other people look at it also so I dont know whether theres a trick to this that I dont know, but Id like to find out thank you.

Y'all sent me the wrong order yesterday. It's the order I already had, and I had a new order, and it didn't come. I'm trying to figure out what's going on and how we need to rectify this.

I purchased the Lume body spray and initially loved it. However, the spray nozzle on both of them stopped functioning, and I am left with half bottles. I probably won't order them again because of that, even though I loved the smell.

I am waiting on my order to be sent I have never had a problem with Lume before yall have took my money but no product

I have been ordering Lume products for years without any problems. I love their products!

That being said; everything was fine until I had an issue with one of my orders. No customer service reps! EVERY company should have a real person to talk to should an issue arise.

Lume does not. It was very hard to leave a message and/or chat to describe problem!!!

Cant reach a live body, I emailed last week to cancel my subscription ( that I didnt even know I had) I have tried calling and then today I received three more sticks of LUME deodorant. I now have four unopened boxes with three sticks in each and four new in the bath not including the one my wife and I are using. I guess Im going to have to call PayPal and tell them not to process any more orders.

I received a box today. I have not opened it and I would love to return it if you could please help me to do that.

Perhaps sending me a postage free return label and make sure that I dont receive any more boxes because I canceled my membership two months ago approximately And please credit my credit card that was charged.

all the claims that Lumi makes regarding their product is false!! I have used Schmidt deodorant and many other aluminum free deodorant that work way better than this product. I will never buy this product again, absolute false advertising most of my friends in the Yoga community feel the same way!!!

The spray caps kept spraying. Ruined a whole bottle of deodorant spray!

Can't get a hold of customer service through calling and also emailing! Terrible customer service!!!

I received the faulty spray deodorant. The button was jammed and only streams of liquid came out.

I am getting a replacement, and it has already been shipped. Thank you!

At the end, the only thing you wanted me to do was a 30 minute consultation for what . Twice you asked me for my credit card number and there was no way I was going to give it to you.

I felt like I was being scammed and if you want information you have to pay for it.

It didnt work. I liked it but too expensive to go down the drain! I liked the way it smelled and worked but its too hard to get anything done.

I did not receive my package. What more detail do you want? Nobody is trying to reach out to me!

I bought the product; it smelled so horrible that it was worse than B.O. smell and also caused me to get a yeast infection under my breasts, etc.

I also let my mother-in-law and 16-year-old daughter try it too. They agreed and made me trash it immediately. It was thick and funky too.

I don't recommend this ever to anyone. Worse than 0 stars.
