How long does it’d take to get a email confirmation I placed an order and never received a confirmation. Or can I just get a refund if it’s gonna take too long. I need it within 2 weeks

I have ordered the started pack of five lime. It definitely works but why does it have a stink smell to them before applying?

I ordered the introductory pack. Two of the items I ordered ( deodorant and cream) I ordered the “unscented” fragrance.

Ugh! The unscented products smell like “rotten cheese”.

It smells just awful. I have chronic allergies and I cannot deal with the smell. I’m sorry but I would like a refund.

Apparently I bought 2 solid unscented deodorants. I would like to exchange them for 2 unscented deodorants that have a dial on the bottom and 3 slashes on the top.
