, Placed an order changed my shipping address. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order. I do not have very little of my personal items due to a fall Jan 26 Shattered my right humerus.

5 weeks in rehab. I am now staying at my daughter's home till can take care of myself..
I needed deodorant instead of going to store and buy a deodorant decided to pamper myself. Order $50 of lume. I know I changed shipping address to my daughter's address before I placed order.
Placed my order.

I went and check order right away, realized it reverted to my address . Tried to call customer service -- no answer.
Went to chat now it was Friday. 4:15. No response.

Kept trying. Tried Saturday am, went to customer service wrote needed address changed. Reply was not answered for days then was told could not do an address change. Explained will not be home for weeks the package if not taken by porch pirates.

Will sit on my porch in Wisconsin elements. Snow, cold coming followed by 60 degrees predicted weather rain whatever next 3 4 weeks. Products will be ruined if not stolen.
I moved late fall somehow address did not change on Amazon couple orders didn't notice for a day. AMAZON changed my address with no problem.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LUME AGAIN DUE TO HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT to Walgreens and bought deodorant 2 days ago.
Customer service was not friendly, nNOT HELPFUL QUICK NO, NO WISH WE COULD HELP OR BUT NO BASICALLY YOU HAVE BEEN SCREWED BY LUME HAHA.
SORRY THE WAY I FEEL. HAVE TOLD my friends and family, went on my Facebook warned everyone customer service at Lume is non existence.

They had not processed my order due to their site. Not till Wednesday, Thursday there site should order being processed???

Tried to place an order and the app was stuck on stupid. Wouldn't let me continue to check out.

After contacting them via email 2 hours later they responded and said they were closing in 13 minutes. So damn annoying. The product is almost decent. It definitely Does Not last 72 hours as they say it does.

I have to apply every day. So that really omits the so called savings. Also when I finally was able to place an order they totaled it up without the coupon code. I let them know and they said I would be refunded the difference within 10 businesses days.

WTH... Terrible customer service. No wonder they have a 1.3 rating online.

After this order, I'm done. I don't appreciate being treated this way.

You cant speak to anyone at customer service. I love your products but it would be nice to receive help when needed. I finally placed my order without the discount!

I try calling and no answers. I ended up reaching out online and someone finally responded and said my package was damaged and was returned to sender and they were going to send another package. But the same thing happened again I was receiving the package and once again I was told that they was going to send another package for the third time. The person behind the email was rude. Finally after almost a month I see that the package might be deliver today.

First, they don't have customer service personel you can speak to it's all by email. They didn't resolve my problem and they acted like they were doing me a favor. I will be trying to resolve my issue through my bank.
