Spray can doesn’t spray

To do better—actually answer the phone—and with a live customer service representative. Don't just have a recorded voice that cuts off, then the line goes silent.

I requested a callback and left my name and number, but don't know if that was actually recorded.

Very frustrating! Very poor way to have customer service since there doesn't appear to have been any actual service.

Horrible instead of a life person answering the phone. There was a voicemail message that advised to send an email to the email address. It did allow me to record my message, but I haven’t heard from anyone as of yet.
