- You never called me to talk about the problem.
- The can leaks when laid down; I only use the sticks, and my husband ordered the sprays.
You never called me to talk about the problem. Lay the can down and it leaks all over the counter.
I know I should just throw all of it out. I do like the sticks. My husband ordered the sprays.
Dont know why. All I use are the sticks and they work.
Preferred solution: Exchange the sprays for smooth, solid, clean deodorant

Nice product. But I do not need nor want an automatic shipment of Lume products. I don't need to say a lot.

Like the product hate their customers service because they want get on phone? And on line is no help!!!
Defective product - can’t get spray deodorant to actually spray
- Provide access to a live phone representative.
- Improve QA so spray products actually spray and nozzle requires less pressure.
To improve:
1) please give access to a live representative by phone.
2) increase quality assurance department. Make sure spray products actually spray!
3) take spray nozzle easier to use and require less pressure. People with arthritis, carpal tunnel, hand tremors, or neuropathy AND especially who are afflicted with all 4 need product that actually sprays and with nozzle that is easy to use.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy unless you can find access to a live person in case you get it home and it doesn’t work. I’m disabled and order online with home delivery, so I can’t return it to the store, and I can’t afford to pay for things that don’t work!

Faulty spray cans
My spray cans did not work The product turned to foam and emptied the cans.
I contacted Lume a while back, I never got a response.

To do better—actually answer the phone—and with a live customer service representative. Don't just have a recorded voice that cuts off, then the line goes silent.

Very frustrating! Very poor way to have customer service since there doesn't appear to have been any actual service.
- Spray bottles are defective does not spray
- No telephone contact with live customer support
Preferred solution: Someone to tell me how to make can spray. Replacement with a can that works (soft powder). A call back from a live representative. Can’t find receipt so I don’t know cost - purchased from Walmart online as I am disabled and housebound.

Can’t cancel subscription
- Cancel subscription for a year, still active.
- No one answers calls; no contact number.
- Bank won’t cancel payments; no products received.
I have been reaching out for a year to cancel my subscription and no in returns my calls no one cancels the subscription and there is no contact number!!! My bank wont cancel the payments and I never receive the products!!!

- -Call could not be completed via service site.
- -Eight cans bought; the first four won't spray.
- -The original two cans, bought months ago, worked.
Call cant be completed even though it was direct through your customer service site. I bought 8 cans the first four are impossible to get spray out.
The. First 2 original ones I bought several months ago worked fine.
None of these four are working. I hate to open the next 4 to be further disappointed

Deodorant stopped working. Might be this particular batch
Stopped working. O other batches have worked fine and lasted for more than one overnight when traveling.
This particular batch doesnt work at all in a few hours. I start to have odor

Same thing is happening with the 4 small cans I purchased, I wasted over $20.00 and I’m not happy about this, I purchased two and had spray issues so I threw those two away and purchased two more and the same thing is happening, I just read numerous reviews regarding the same issue so what is the company doing conning people because I know I’m not the only one complaining about this
